Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the following policies closely:

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for Detail School Courses, Consultation sessions, Equipment and, or, Labor costs for machine repair in the service center. All purchases of the aforementioned are final.

  • We do not offer refunds on any products, or accessories that have been opened and, or, used. We will only offer a refund if there is a defect or issue with the item(s) that was not caused by the customer. 

    • Should you wish to request a refund for a defective product, equipment, or accessory, it must be claimed within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be shown in order to claim a refund (print or via email).
  • Refunds are processed in the form of store credit in gift cards. Refunds will not be returned to a credit card or returned in cash. 

    • Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are only valid for use in our store. Any remaining balance on a gift card or store credit after a purchase will be available for future use.
  • We charge a 20% restocking fee for all refunds. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item(s).

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@detailculture.com) within 30 days of your purchase date. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue your store credit (in the form of a gift card) once the returned item(s) have been received and processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (customerservice@detailculture.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Products, accessories, and equipment can be exchanged for other products, accessories, and equipment so long as the aforementioned have not been used, opened, or tampered with.  
  • All exchanges must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
  • All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item(s).
